Pre Orders: Since Pre Orders are unique items, please allow up to 8 weeks to be delivered. We will contact you with any updates on your order, and get it to you as soon as we can.
U.S Shipping:
Economy: $4.00 (5 to 8 business days)
Standard: $8.00 (3 to 4 business days)
International Shipping:
Standard: $15.00 (2-3 weeks)
(Please be aware that import taxes, duties, and fees may apply to international shipments and are responsibility of the buyer)
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and sent out to you. This email will contain a tracking link for your package.
Can I cancel/edit an order?
While we cannot edit an order that has already been placed, we can definitely help you cancel an order. Email us at hey@desoire.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders mean orders placed before a product is really "launched." So if you're lucky enough to get your hands on a purchase within the given pre-order window, you receive your product before anyone else even has access to purchasing it.
Shipping Pre-Orders: Pre orders can take around 3 weeks to be delivered. While we try our best to get your package to you as soon as possible, unexpected delays can occur. If this does happen, we will keep you notified of any changes.
